Evans & Payne is a specialist firm of Chartered Surveyors founded in 1979 by the present Senior Partner Roger Evans FRICS. In March 2016 Evans & Payne changed from a Limited Company to a Limited Liability Partnership. Evans & Payne is also a long standing member of the Rating Surveyors Association.

The firm’s main specialisation is in undertaking Rating Appeals of virtually all classes of commercial property.

We are based in the West End of London but the practice extends throughout England and Wales with associates in Scotland and Northern Ireland.

Evans & Payne act for both occupiers and landlords and having a large portfolio of blue chip companies, trade associations as well as institutional occupiers. It is fair to say, since its foundation, the firm has acquired a reputation as being one of the leading and most respected firms of specialist Rating Surveyors in the country.

We have a very well established professional relationship with the Valuation Office and are experienced in dealing with the complexities of the modern Business Rates system.
