Our Rating Department is one of the most respected in the country and has for many years been gaining cash refunds and reductions in Rates liability for our clients.

The team has experience gained in both the private and public sectors.

There have been many changes in Rating Law and the Appeal process over the last few years. We are able to advise clients on whether an Appeal is appropriate, and if outside factors such as

- neighbouring building works
- nearby road works
- changes in local shopping patterns
- or demolition

have a bearing on their liability.
